"Contrary to popular opinion, I did not know Marconi."

     I grew up living in Lawndale, California, a suburb of Los Angeles, in the mid to late 50's.  My summers were spent with Dad in Abilene, Texas, so I knew both city and country life.
     My first radio job was in 1962 in Buddy Holly's hometown of Lubbock. I worked in Chattanooga, Atlanta and Austin before coming to Albuquerque in 1968.  I've worked here for most of the past 36 years, taking a brief time out to do a morning show in Sacramento, CA and Cleveland in the 1970's.  Total time away from Albuquerque Radio = 3 years.
     I'm doing exactly what I've always wanted to do. I work for a wonderful company and I'm very proud to be the morning guy here at Classic Hits Big 98.5.
     God has blessed me with a beautiful family and the greatest listeners in the world.
